One-Day Weddings
All offerings include:
The pavilion will have tables, chairs, and pressed linens, arranged before your arrival. Our staff cleans and clears tables for events. A caterer’s warming kitchen has a private entrance. Tear down of furniture and deep cleaning is handled by our staff. An onsite venue coordinator will be available for the duration of your rental.
Multiple outdoor and indoor ceremony options are available, and onsite day-of venue coordinator and staff will be available. Our photography grounds house a stone bottom creek, wildflower butterfly habitat, boho grass, pine forest, and more for all your photography needs from engagements, bridal, to day-of wedding photos.
The Grand Elegance
2000An all-encompassing package for couples who want to fully immerse themselves in the beauty and exclusivity of Small Grand Things Wedding Estate. Our Mini Day rental includes a 12-hour rental of the pavilion, multiple outdoor and indoor altar locations, and access to the Guesthouse. This package is for couples with guest counts under 50.
The Luxe Legacy
3000This One-Day rental includes a 12-hour rental of the pavilion, multiple outdoor and indoor altar locations, and access to the Guesthouse. This package is for couples with guest counts between 51 and 100 guests. Additional guests can be added for $100 per 10 people.
